I am a qualified organisational development consultant holding a Doctorate in Business Administration. My research focused on the challenge of performance, leadership and change. I specialise in minimising HR risk, strengthening leadership skills through EQ coaching and building team engagement using productivity and performance systems and practices.

My 37-year public sector career allows me to offer strong practical work-based solutions in combination with theoretical frameworks researched over 16 years of study.

My work combines practical advice to help people work together more effectively. I believe that it is through learning we change ourselves and our interactions with others.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge, strengthening positive individual and team behaviours and facilitating leadership, management and change programs. I work in partnership with senior executives, leaders, managers and teams across the NT and interstate using a strengths-based approach.
